“As a doctor, i’m flabbergasted. I even have been giving tips and tricks to patients on the way to stay safe and have followed all safety protocols, but still got the infection. albeit the symptoms weren’t severe, I got admitted to the hospital. it’s been just 45 days since I tested positive for the second time, so this might are a reactivation of the infection. My entire family was positive towards me. We started on medication. because of the timely medication and vaccine, we didn’t have any lung involvement. Now i’m fine,” the doctor said.

On the likelihood of the third test being a false positive, the doctor said it wasn’t the case because she had symptoms which were more severe than the second time She took her first dose on March 8 and therefore the second on April 29, 2021. “So, this might be a case of latest variant at play. The BMC has taken my samples for genome sequencing and analysis.”
